as much as I might disagree with the related advertising and funding stuff surrounding the olympics, this doesn’t detract from the fact that it is a massive wonderful celebration of human grit and determination (I get so involved in all the competitors stories as they go along, whether they win or lose. and OH THEIR FACIAL EXPRESSIONS!!)
now if you’ll excuse me, I have a lot of crying and shouting at the telly to do before it finishes on Sunday.
